James Spreckley Ltd are leading independent Chartered Surveyors and Planning Consultants based in Hereford.

Established in 1991 we cover mainly the Three Counties of Herefordshire, Worcestershire and Gloucestershire as well as adjoining counties.

We act almost exclusively for private clients, landowners and investors to maximise the value and potential of their land and property through the winning of Planning Permissions for development.

We work both independently, or in conjunction with other professionals, either as Team Leader or as part of a client's existing team of advisers, to deliver the aims of the client on time and on budget.

We have access to a number of retained consultants and professionals, including architects, structural engineers, ecologists, landscape architects, highways consultants, and drainage engineers to complement our services as Planning Consultants to serve the needs of our clients.
